I noticed that the promo code DAFIT10 has expired. Are you planning any more promotions?

You're right, the DAFIT10 promo code was only valid until the end of January 2021. But definitely is still valid, is a permanent offer of extremely favorable prices. I had an account with Ronnie and now I am being contacted by Dafit. How is it possible?

The Ronnie e-shop was operated exclusively by DAFIT until the split (22/12/2020). So, in effect, every time you bought our goods, you paid us directly for your purchase. So we just used a different brand in our stores and when running the e-shop. Today it is much easier for you and no intermediary is needed. We run retail, e-shop, wholesale, storage, logistics and distribution ourselves, and DAFIT.cz is your only partner. You can find everything you need right here.

Why aren't my purchase points credited right away? How long do I have to wait?

We will credit you with loyalty points for your purchase within 24 hours after payment and acceptance of the order. You can find more about loyalty points here

Do you have stores outside of Prague? Can it be bought in Brno?

All 8 of our stores are currently in Prague, but we are considering expanding our network to other cities as well.  

Will you have recipes on the site?

Yes, we are still preparing news for you and recipes will soon be one of them. Follow us regularly and share with us your observations and recommendations, what else you would like to find on our website. We will look forward to it.

I look in vain on Ronnie for the goods I'm used to, what happened?

At the end of 2020, we stopped supporting the mentioned e-shop. All the goods you previously bought there belonged to the DAFIT company, as well as all 8 retail stores, complete facilities and logistics. All of this has always been entirely up to us. And because we want to make it easier for you, we decided to go our own way and offer all products directly to you. Now you don't have to deal with any complications, whatever you are looking for, you can find it with us, at www.dafit.cz

How many points will I get if I buy an item on sale?</p >

The amount of added loyalty points is determined from the price of the goods after the discount.

Will there be more events at Extrifit?

Because we are the only e-shop that has all EXTRIFIT products in stock, we can offer you special promotions not only on popular EXTRIFIT products, but also on some others. Let yourself be surprised, we are already preparing something very interesting for you.

Who do all those stores belong to?

We run all 8 stores in Prague ourselves and belong to us, i.e. the DAFIT company. You can find a list of our stores that also serve as e-shop outlets and detailed information about them here

Do you have your own warehouses or do you store as a competitor - i.e. with other companies?

We know how important it is for you, our customers, that you always receive your goods on time, in perfect condition and without waiting. We therefore store the entire assortment exclusively in our own warehouses, which are part of our logistics complex in Prague Kunratice.

I didn't hear much about you before and now you're everywhere full, when did you start operating?

DAFIT is no newcomer to the market, this year it will celebrate 20 years of its existence. In the past, however, we used a different brand. We left this before the end of 2020, we cut out the middleman and today we exclusively use the brand DAFIT or DAFIT.cz

I have a gym and I want to shop with an ID number, who should I contact?

Can we go shopping now?

All our stores  are open as e-shop outlets during the restrictions. Please check by phone or e-mail the opening hours of a specific store, which may differ from normal opening hours during the period of restriction.

Do you deliver goods to fitness centers, sports centers and clubs?

Yes, we deliver the goods to our wholesale partners ourselves, with 6 of our own trucks. That is why we can guarantee immediate delivery, in perfect condition and without worrying about damage or incomplete delivery. 

I would like to order from you regularly, but I miss my favorite product from you. Who can I contact?

We will be happy if you let us know what you are missing from us. You can contact us by e-mail, by phone or in person directly at the head office in Prague Kunratice. More details can be found here

I want to buy a gift voucher for my friend's birthday. Do you offer this service?

You can buy a gift voucher at any of our stores. For more information, please contact our customer line +420 608 151 160.  

Where did you get my contact information?

If we contacted you, your data was in our system because of your previous purchase through the Ronnie e-shop, which we were the operator of. So it means that you have already been our customers in the past. If you no longer wish to receive commercial offers or commercial communications, please let us know.       

How do I know that I can pick up the order at the branch?

We will inform you by e-mail or by phone that your order is ready for collection.  

How much do I have to order for free shipping?

We currently provide free shipping for orders over CZK 1,400. More information about transport and payment methods can be found here

How long after ordering will you send the goods to me?

We process your order immediately, we usually have the goods ready for dispatch within 24 hours at the latest.  

What personal data do you require and how is it protected?

Handling of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and data is processed in the following scope: name, surname, address, e -email and phone number. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order by withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order. More information, including a form for withdrawing from the contract, can be found here

Can I track my order?

We process your orders so quickly that tracking their status is not feasible. If your order is delayed, we will contact you immediately. Our customer line is of course available for all cases: +420 608 151 160

Do you ship goods abroad?

We usually (and gladly) send orders to Slovakia. If you are interested in delivery anywhere else, please contact us by e-mail: obchod@dafit.cz    

Is it possible to determine the delivery time of the shipment?

Individually, the delivery time of the shipment can be agreed directly with the carriers.
