Fitness as a physical activity aimed at physical appearance in the sense of a figure with minimal subcutaneous fat and aesthetically built muscle mass uses similar procedures to bodybuilding, but aerobic training is usually used more to promote the burning of subcutaneous fat. Therefore, post-workout products contain carbohydrates, proteins, or free amino acids or other substances that support recovery.
