Crea Monohydrate contains creatine in the form of 100% micronized creatine monohydrate. Creatine enhances physical performance during consecutive short intervals of high-intensity physical exercise, such as typical bodybuilding or fitness center conditioning workouts. The effect is achieved with an intake of at least 3 g of creatine per day.
Creatine is a natural substance found in the human body, it is non-addictive and non-toxic even at higher doses. Excess creatine that is not consumed by the body is excreted in the urine.
