- Depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition
- we recommend to divide the daily dose (2 - 3 scoops/bags) into 2 - 3 portions, which can be consumed as a snack between meals, or after training
- mix the contents of 1 scoop/bag (30 g) in 150 - 200 ml of water or skimmed milk
Agrezz 20 x 20.8 g
- advanced athletes a whole sachet (20.8 g), beginners and people with low body weight half a sachet (10.4 g)
- dissolve the whole sachet in 300 ml of water, Dissolve half a sachet in 150 ml of water
