- drink 1 ampoule (60 ml) before exercise
- non-training days drink 1 ampoule in the morning
- for optimal results you can also split the dose into two equal doses (1/2 in the morning and the other 1/2 approximately 30 minutes before exercise)
- do not exceed the maximum daily dose
