Glutamine is one of the amino acids that is not only involved in the construction of muscle proteins, but above all represents important functions in itself. The body can produce it on its own, but in some situations, such as stress, illness or sporting activity, its own production or dietary coverage is far from sufficient to meet the body's needs. It is involved in a number of important physiological processes - it significantly improves the regeneration of muscle fibres and the body's immunity, prevents catabolism, increases blood glucose levels, contributes to quality sleep and, with long-term use, supports anabolic processes.

- Recommended daily dose: 6 g (1 scoop)
- take 3 g ( 1/2 scoop) approx. 30-60 minutes before training and 3 g ( 1/2 scoop) immediately after training or before bedtime
- mix 1/2 scoop (3 g) with 100-200 ml of water
