Amix L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid that supports the production of the hormone adrenaline in the body. This significantly stimulates the activity of the cardiovascular system, promotes fat burning and also increases performance during stressful (sports) activities. It also has a positive effect on the central nervous system by promoting the production of endorphin, thus improving mood and motivation for exercise.
Themaximum recommended dose is 1500 mg of L-Tyrosine (i.e. 3 capsules) per day.
It is a dietary supplement.
