ATP Nutrition BCAA Instant Max Pure 300 g
Essential branched chain amino acids BCAA (l-leucine, l-isoleucine and l-valine) in 100% soluble instant form.
ATP Nutrition BCAA Instant Max Pure 300 g - Product description
Essential branched chain amino acids BCAA (l-leucine, l-isoleucine and l-valine) in 100% soluble instant form. The product contains 88% pure branched chain amino acids BCAA and is sugar free.
88% BCAA content without compromising on taste
Bcaa Instant Max Pure contains 4400 mg of BCAA branched chain amino acids in a basic daily dose of 5 g. This makes it one of the most concentrated flavoured BCAA products on the dietary supplement market.
The drink is free of artificial colours, sugar-free and has a great refreshing taste thanks to the addition of natural flavouring ingredients.
Muscle building and effective muscle protection
Muscle proteins are approximately one third made up of branched chain amino acids (BCAA). Moreover, studies show that the intake of BCAA amino acids from the diet or supplements is crucial for building and maintaining muscle mass.
L-Leucine is primarily responsible for the positive effects of BCAA branched chain amino acids, as it activates (phosphorylates) the mTOR protein complex, which triggers the synthesis of new proteins in muscle tissue.
Scientific experiments show that taking BCAA branched chain amino acids before physical exercise reduces muscle degradation during athletic performance. It is therefore suitable for protecting muscle mass from catabolism, for example during periods of dieting or starvation.
Support energy production and delay fatigue during exercise
During physical exercise, muscle tissue can use the branched chain amino acids BCAA as a source of energy. Studies show that BCAA intake can therefore help to conserve glycogen stores, which has a positive effect on performance, for example in endurance athletes.
Taking BCAAs before or during physical exercise also affects the ratio of tryptophan to BCAA amino acids in the blood plasma. As a consequence, the production of serotonin in the brain is slowed down, delaying the subjectively perceived feeling of fatigue from physical performance.
