Concentrated fish oil high in EPA and DHA
The fish oil in the softgel capsules is purified and contains omega-3 fatty acids in the form of EPA and DHA ethyl esters. One capsule contains 330 mg of EPA and 220 mg of DHA, which is several times higher than the average intake of omega-3 fatty acids in Europe.
TheEuropean Food Safety Authority (EFSA) recommends a daily intake of 250-500 mg EPA+DHA per day. This dose can be achieved with a daily intake of 1 softgel capsule.
Fish oil is further enriched with vitamin E, which protects omega-3 fatty acids from air oxidation. In the human body, vitamin E helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.

Omega-3 fatty acids in the form of EPA and DHA have a number of important functions in the human body:
