Hand-processed Ventresca fillets of ski pjack tuna in olive oil. Ventresca is the finest and most tender part of the tuna. It's like sirloin in beef. It is the absolute delicacy of tuna loin meat, which contains more fat and is therefore much tastier. It is juicier, but at the same time it has a tender texture. The meat comes from skipjack tuna, which contains much less mercury and is therefore healthier and more digestible for the human body. Thanks to the fact that it is marinated in olive oil, it retains its excellent quality for a very long time.
