- Mix 1 serving (100 g = 3 scoops filled to the top mark = 7 tablespoons) of the product with 200 ml of hot water or 100 ml of cold water and let rest for 1-2 minutes
- Eat at any time of the day and combine with your favourite fruit, nuts or other seeds
