Make your own bread at home with BioTechUSA Multigrain Baking Mix. While buckwheat flour, oat flour and golden flaxseed flour already contain dietary fiber, we've also added bamboo fiber and psyllium husk to the baking mix to create a truly high-fiber bread. The ingredients also include sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
To make the bread, all you need is some instant yeast and lukewarm water in addition to the baking mix.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly, let it rest and put it straight into the oven.

The finished product only meets the requirements (gluten-free, vegan, high fibre, low saturated fat, no added sugar) if the topping/filling meets these claims.
For the preparation of 1 loaf of bread:
Add 3,5 g of instant yeast to 250 g of flour mixture, then mix thoroughly with 300 g of lukewarm water. Cover the dough and leave in a warm place to rise for 40-60 minutes. Then shape the dough into a loaf (about 17x10 cm) and make 3-4 deep indentations on the surface of the dough. Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in an oven preheated to 190 °C.
Baking time: at 190 °C for about 70 minutes with top and bottom heating or 190 °C for about 50 minutes in a hot-air oven. Let the bread rest at room temperature. Once completely cooled, slice and serve. Store well sealed in a cool, dry place.
