BioTech Sponge Cake 600 g baking mix - Product description
Sponge Cake Baking Mix is a baking mix for baking delicious homemade gluten-free* and lactose-free** sponge cakes. The basic ingredients of the baking mix are rice and oat flour with added bamboo fibre for high fibre content. It contains hydrolyzed protein for a higher protein content and the pleasantly sweet taste comes from the added erythritol, resulting in a product that is not only lactose and gluten free, but also free of added sugar***.

Recommended use
Ingredients for one biscuit:
- 200 g směsi na pečení, 50 ml vody, 3 vejce vel. M, pinch of salt.
- Separate the eggs, add a pinch of salt to the egg whites, beat them with a whisk or mixer, mix the yolk with 50 ml of water.
- Add half of the baking mix to the egg yolk, then carefully add half of the beaten egg whites. Be careful not to break the foam. Then add the other half of the baking mix and finally add the remaining egg white foam.
- Pour the batter into a 20 cm diameter cake tin lined with baking paper or a silicone mould and then bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (or 150 °C for a hot air oven) for about 35-45 minutes.
It is a dietary supplement.
