Czech Virus Gluten Killer 60 cps - Product description
Gluten Killer (containing Tolerase® G) is a proline-specific endopeptidase or prolyl oligopeptidase and is the only enzyme that has been scientifically proven to help break down gluten in the stomach. More and more people are experiencing unpleasant symptoms after eating foods with gluten, even though they may not even have celiac disease, but may have gluten sensitivity. This problem can be solved to some extent by the addition of enzymes that help the body to digest more easily and allow a wider variety of foods to be consumed.
Why might Gluten Killer be the right product for you?
What is gluten?
Gluten is a protein found in grains such as wheat, spelt, rye and barley. Another name for gluten is gluten and it consists of two proteins gliadin and glutenin. Gliadin causes adverse reactions in sensitive individuals. The affected organism reacts to this protein as if it were a foreign substance. The disease manifests itself in digestive problems, fatigue, anaemia, but also in an increased risk of other diseases. Gluten sensitivity is more common than celiac disease. The human body is unable to break down proline-rich proteins efficiently, which is why up to 13% of the world's population is sensitive to gluten. Gluten is known for giving bread its shape, strength and texture. It is also in a surprisingly wide range of other foods, including confectionery, processed meats and sauces.
Celiac Disease
Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder that affects the small intestine and causes digestive problems. The disease is caused by an inappropriate immune response to gluten (see previous point). In celiac disease, the body produces antibodies that attack the intestinal lining and damage the intestinal villi, which are responsible for absorbing nutrients from food. This can lead to impaired nutrient absorption and other problems such as diarrhea, bloating, weight loss and fatigue. Celiac disease is often diagnosed in people with a genetic predisposition to the disease and can occur at any age.
Theonly effective treatment for celiac disease is to follow a gluten-free diet, which means eliminating all foods containing wheat, barley and rye from the diet, including many breads, pastas and breakfast cereals.
Gluten sensitivity
Gluten sensitivity is a condition in which an individual has symptoms of sensitivity to gluten-containing foods without having celiac disease or wheat allergy. People with gluten sensitivity may have various symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, depression or eczema. While in celiac disease and wheat allergy antibodies are responsible for the immune reaction to gluten, in gluten sensitivity symptoms occur without any immune reaction. The mechanism by which gluten causes symptoms in people with gluten sensitivity is not fully understood, but may be due to intolerance to certain ingredients in the grain or due to other factors such as stress. Diagnosing gluten sensitivity is not straightforward and involves ruling out celiac disease and wheat allergy and then monitoring symptoms as gluten foods are eliminated from the diet. Following a gluten-free diet can help reduce or eliminate symptoms in people with gluten sensitivity.
Use of the enzyme
Tolerase® G is an enzyme that breaks down the peptide bonds of gluten in the acidic environment of the stomach, breaking them down into individual amino acids that can be conveniently absorbed by the intestinal wall. Prolyl Peptidase Tolerase® G provides an incredible 580,000 PPI of enzymatic activity per gram, making it far more potent than competing products. It gives gluten-sensitive consumers who follow a gluten-free diet greater freedom because they no longer have to worry about accidentally consuming residual gluten "hidden" in many foods. Stable and active in low pH stomach conditions, the enzyme is also resistant to pepsin digestion. Resolving gluten sensitivity is a fundamental gut health issue, and Gluten Killer helps provide added digestive enzymes to make your body's job of breaking down gluten easier.
Tolerase® G
Tolerase® G is an enzyme product containing proline-specific endopeptidase, an enzyme that breaks down proteins. It was developed to improve digestion in people with gluten sensitivity. Gluten is a complex mixture of proteins found in wheat, barley and rye. The human body has difficulty digesting gluten protein, which can lead to a number of digestive tract problems. In people with celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder, the presence of gluten protein in foods causes inflammation and damage to the small intestine. Tolerase® G can break down gluten into smaller pieces of protein, making it easier to digest. It is useful for people with gluten intolerance who wish to eat foods that contain it without suffering from digestive problems. However, Tolerase® G does not remove gluten completely and therefore cannot be used as a substitute for a gluten-free diet for people with celiac disease. Tolerase® G is also used to improve the digestion of foods that contain high amounts of protein, such as legumes, soy, eggs and meat. It can help people with sensitivities to the proteins of these foods who have difficulty digesting them. The effect of Tolerase® G on the breakdown of gluten depends on the dose of the enzyme and the amount of gluten in the food. People with celiac disease should still follow a gluten-free diet.

Czech Virus Gluten Killer 60 cps - Dosage
- take 1 capsule before a meal containing gluten and take with sufficient water
- do not exceed 1 capsule per day
- contents per pack: 60 capsules
- number of doses per pack: 60
- weight of contents: 36 g
Dosage advice:
Itis not possible to overdose on the product, but underdosing is, we advise to err on the side of caution and take more rather than less until you can see the effect on your own body (gluten sensitivity varies widely).
Enzymes also work best when taken just before or at the start of a meal. Taking Gluten Killer hours before or after a meal will not bring much relief, as the crucial window of digestion has already passed. From our own testing, we have found it most helpful for those with higher sensitivities to start at 3 capsules/meal and test the effect. Subsequently, one can try 2 capsules for the same type of meal and ideally end up with a maximum of 1 capsule. Our capsule contains 200 mg of the active ingredient, abroad 100 mg is more commonly used, so it is a very strong dose already in the base.
