Based on more than one research, it is unfortunately clear that men today have reduced levels of the most potent male hormone compared to men a few decades back. Our times are responsible for the decrease in this hormone, we are more obese, we are under more stress from hectic times, and last but not least we are getting more chemical things (like BPA or Triclosan) into us whether through food or other means.
D-Aspartic Acid (DAA)
D-Aspartic acid is an amino acid regulator of the synthesis of the most potent male hormone and may act on the stimulatory receptor (NMDA). DAA shows promise in supporting male fertility. Healthy men supplementing with DAA have only a temporary increase in levels of the most potent male hormone, men with deficient levels reap the benefits more. DAA acts in the central region of the brain and causes the release of hormones such as luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone and growth hormone. It can also accumulate in the testes, where it alleviates the rate limiting synthesis of the most potent male hormone, leading to an increase in the level of this hormone. According to one study, DAA can increase the most potent male hormone by up to 42%.
Zinc Bisglycinate
Zinc is one of the essential supplements for optimizing the body's most potent male hormone. It affects a large number of functions in the body and its deficiency can cause many problems, besides reduced levels of this hormone and lower insulin sensitivity, also for example lethargy, depression or skin abnormalities. Zinc supplementation is particularly advisable from a good quality source, such as zinc bound to the amino acid glycine (chelated).
Boron
Boron is a mineral not traditionally used much in products of this type, with a preference for substances ala Tribulus Terrestris, which are more familiar and attract more unfamiliar users, rather than functional boron. Boron is tested in different doses for different problems, for example post-menopausal women take 3 mg, people with osteoarthritis 6 mg and men for hormone boosting 10 mg. Therefore, this product contains 10 mg of boron in a HARDCORE dose. Most studies so far suggest that this is the correct and optimal dose.
Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 contributes to normal muscular function and normal immune system function. It is a fat-soluble vitamin that is synthesized by sunlight. Cholecalciferol (D3) is a naturally occurring form of vitamin D. The recommended dose of vitamin D is set at 200 IU per day, which is woefully low! According to international studies, the dose should be between 1000 and 2000 IU (at a minimum!). So in this product you will find 1000 IU, a sufficient dose according to most studies. In case of a higher need for vitamin D3, we recommend taking a Vitamin D3 supplement alone.

- beginner - mix one dose (4 g, approx. 3/4 scoop) with 175-200 ml of water
- hardcore - mix two doses (8 g, approx. 1 and 1/2 scoops) with 350-400 ml of water
- do not exceed 2 doses (8 g) per day
Caution, aspartic acid is not 100% instant and will settle to the bottom of the shaker/glass. We recommend stirring continuously while sipping for the best user experience.
