Enervit Carbo Tablets (formerly Enervit GT Sport) are ready to take with you for immediate use. They are high in multiple carbohydrates for quick relief from fatigue and for continuous energy replenishment.
Effects of energy tablets
Energy tablets for immediate replenishment of rapidly absorbed energy (maltodextrin, dextrose) and to combat fatigue from lack of energy during sports. Fructose ensures continuous and gradual energy replenishment. Supplemented with B vitamins and sodium. B vitamins (B1, B2, B3 and B5) contribute to a reduction in the level of fatigue and exhaustion and to proper energy metabolism. Easy to handle during exercise, they are easily soluble in the mouth.
Preferred
They don't take up much space, they don't get in the way during sports, but they do an excellent service by replenishing energy and anti-spasmodic minerals.

When and how to use
Between 6 and 14 energy tablets can be consumed during exertion, depending on the intensity and duration of the sporting activity. Always chew the tablet thoroughly and then wash it down with a drink. The energy tablets contain anticonvulsant minerals. They are intended for direct consumption. The onset of action is immediate, the duration of action of 1 tablet is 20 minutes.

Fructose (31.5 %), dextrose (28.1 %), sucrose (27.5 %), maltodextrin (3.9 %), acidifier: citric acid, thickener: gum Arabic, flavour, anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids. Magnesium carbonate, acidity regulator: potassium citrate, sodium chloride, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, mix of vitamins and minerals (B1, B2, B3, calcium D-pantothenate).
