Dissolve ENERVIT Isotonic Drink in water to get an energy ionic drink for endurance athletes that helps maintain performance and increases water absorption during physical exercise. It is especially useful in case of excessive sweating due to any intense physical activity and during sports, whether amateur or professional.

Enervit Isotonic Drink 420 g - Dosage
- Drink the drink continuously DURING exercise, approximately every 15 minutes 100 to 150 ml
- pour 30 g of powder into 500 ml of water
- for hypotonic density of the drink pour 15 g of powder into 500 ml of water
Recommended
You won't go wrong if you drink the drink left over from the workout even after the performance, but before the recovery drink. For performances where you sweat excessively, we recommend drinking only the hypotonic diluted drink.
