Crea Monohydrate contains creatine in the form of 100% micronized creatine monohydrate. Creatine enhances physical performance during consecutive short intervals of high-intensity physical exercise, such as typical bodybuilding or fitness center conditioning exercises. The effect is achieved with an intake of at least 3 g of creatine per day.
Creatine is a natural substance found in the human body, it is non-addictive and non-toxic even at higher doses. Excess creatine that is not consumed by the body is excreted in the urine.

- the recommended duration of use is 8 weeks, followed by a break of several weeks
- it is recommended to take creatine at a dose of 15-20 g per day for the first 5 days
