- the recommended duration of use is 8 weeks, followed by a break of several weeks
- it is recommended to take creatine at a dose of 15-20 g per day for the first 5 days
- then take "maintenance" doses, which are usually 5 g (1 scoop) per day (at a weight of 60-80 kg)
