- do not take more than 2 capsules at a time (only 1 tablet is ideal)
- take no more than 3 capsules per day (really advanced exercisers take max 5 capsules per day)
- divide your daily dose into several parts
- on a training day take 20 minutes before exercise
- on a non-training day take with food
- always drink at least 200 ml of water
Important dosage notes:
- The ingredients of Fatall® Ultimate Fat Burner are very strong indeed and therefore the use of more than 2 capsules in one dose is completely out of the question. If you are starting with this fat burner, always (!) start at a dosage of only 1 capsule per day and only after a few days, when you get familiar with the effects of the supplement (especially in terms of very strong stimulation), you can increase the dosage very carefully - but never to more than 2 capsules in one dose (and this regardless of your body weight or training level).
