- Depends on body weight, sporting activity and diet composition
- we recommend to divide the daily dose (2 - 3 scoops/bags) into 2 - 3 portions, which can be consumed as a snack between meals, or after training
- mix the contents of 1 scoop/bag (30 g) in 150 - 200 ml of water or skimmed milk
