Iontex ® Forte is a highly formulated ionic and regenerative drink for replenishing minerals, vitamins and energy during and after sports performance. The amount of minerals and vitamins is optimally adjusted according to the daily recommended doses. The energy source is taurine and a carbohydrate matrix containing palatinose (IsomaltuloseTM). The energy is thus ideally released. Iontex ® Forte can be drunk during sporting activities of various kinds - both during exercise in the fitness centre and during endurance training or any other physical activity. Iontex Forte

Iontex Forte
- take 20 min before and during training
- the drink is intended for direct consumption
- individuals with lower body weight and/or lower intensity of exercise: 1 dose = 20 g
- individuals with higher body weight and/or higher intensity of exercise: 1 dose = 40 g
- dilution for hypotonic drink: dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) in 450 - 600 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg)
- dilution for isotonic drink: Dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) in 350 ml of water (osmolality in the range 275 - 305 mOsm/kg)
- Dilution for hypotonic drink: Dissolve 40 g (2 scoops) in 850 - 1000 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg)
- Dilution for isotonic drink: Dissolve 40 g (2 scoops) in 700 ml (osmolality in the range 275 - 305 mOsm/kg)
- Maximum daily dose: 4 scoops
