- Dosage
- Dissolve 40 g of powder in 500 ml of water
- before a race (during warm-up) 150 - 300 ml of drink
- during exercise 150 ml every 15 minutes
- recommended daily dose is a drink of 100 g of powder
- store the prepared drink in a cool place and consume immediately
Dilution: 400 g of powder can be used to make 5 litres of isotonic and up to 10 litres of hypotonic drink
