- Mix 1 scoop (6.9 g) with 150 ml of cold water.
- Take 2-3 servings daily: in the morning, between meals, just before training, during training or immediately after training.
Anabolic Crea-10 can also be mixed with your favourite pre-workout product, during training or with a recovery drink such as amino acids.
