Kinesiotaping for athletes
Kinesiotaping for athletes - sports without pain.
Kinesiotaping for athletes - Product description
The book is a practical tool for all athletes, coaches and physiotherapists who often encounter injuries and deal with their consequences. The method of sticking coloured strips on the skin brings unexpectedly excellent results. This non-invasive method, by attaching the tap, affects the muscle tension (tone) in the affected area, thus reducing pain, engaging the correct movement stereotype and relieving pressure on the affected segment. The book has the advantage of showing photographs of individual taping strokes on specific patients with the described diagnosis and giving the principles of action. The authors are physiotherapists and trainers with practical experience of using kinesiotaping at home and abroad and are among the "pioneers" of this method in sports in the Czech Republic.
