LifeLike Ghee butterfat 300 ml - Product description
Ghee is a butterfat made according to an ancient Ajuverde recipe by renneting 100% butter.
Transfused butter is an anhydrous fat. It is prepared by slowly churning the butter, removing the water and other impurities, until the clear fat is left with a beautiful yellow colour. Its greatest advantage is that it has a higher refatting point than the original butter. It has a slightly sweet, slightly nutty taste and smell.
It is used for frying or baking.
