Nutrend Enduro snack 75 g - Dosage
- use 1 tube approx. 20 minutes before exercise and wash down with sufficient sports drink
- eat regularly during exercise, 1 - 2 tubes can be used in one hour
- always wash down
- maximum 4 tubes per day
- do not exceed recommended dosage
- unscrew the cap and remove the seal
- after opening, consume the contents of the tube immediately
