The leg, thigh, buttock and hip strap with metal eyelets is designed to be attached to the bottom pulley.
The adapter is suitable for various variations of leg raises, un-leg raises and other exercises that strengthen the lower half of the body. The strap can be attached to a weight tower and also to various expanders.
The auxiliary straps fasten with Velcro around the ankles. Use the carabiner to attach your bottom pulley or expander to the two steel half-rings.
