PowerSystem - MAX GRIPZ GLOBE are a simple and extremely effective solution for changing the diameter of the Olympic axles.
The larger the girth of the grip, the more force is required during the exercise, which results in increased efficiency during the axle (and possibly dumbbell) exercise.
The rubber grips are designed to fit all standard 2.9 cm diameter barbells, which extend up to 7.3 cm in circumference. The outer surface of the grips is equipped with a non-slip surface.
The package contains two pieces for two-handed exercise. The outer diameter of the grip itself is 7.3 cm.
