A power yoga and yoga instructor whose interest in yoga is based on freedom and limitlessness. He enjoys power yoga, hatha yoga and yoga therapy, and would be most happy if he didn't have to use the distinguishing words before or after the word yoga. He began his athletic career in 1993 when he became a national champion in sports aerobics. In 2003, he opened his yoga center in Prague, founded the Power Yoga Academy and is the co-publisher of the yoga magazine YOGA TODAY. In the same year, he became a vice world champion in fitness teams. Sport has been a part of his life since childhood. Athletics, gymnastics, dance, which gradually transformed into aerobics and fitness. The moment he left the aerobics stage, he discovered power yoga, to which he has been faithful for 14 years. In 2014, in addition to his many international certifications in yoga, he completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course in India, making his dream come true. To experience India in its purity.
