Heavyweight offers four key benefits:
1/Heavyweight offers 60 grams of super-quality protein and amino acids.
For maximum results, you need the highest quality proteins, peptides and amino acids, which must also be represented in optimal ratios. The best quality sources are whey protein and micellar casein. However, Heavyweight does not contain just "some" whey protein and "some" other proteins. The base is made up of two special types of whey hydrolysate, which is actually protein cleaved into amino acid chains ( peptides) and free amino acids.
- So the first ingredient is the so-called HIGH DH whey protein hydrolysate, i.e. protein cleaved under the highest degree of hydrolysis. HIGH DH contains a high ratio of free amino acids, di and tri peptides (chains of two to three amino acids). The HIGH DH fraction is absorbed by our body the fastest, literally in seconds.
- The next ingredient is LOW DH whey protein hydrolysate, a protein cleaved under a low degree of hydrolysis. LOW DH contains a high ratio of so-called oligopeptides and polypeptides, i.e. chains of amino acids. LOW DH is thus the second fastest absorbing protein after HIGH DH.
- The third ingredient is the so-called selective bioactive whey concentrate and native whey isolate (high content of BCAAs and bioactive fractions)
- The fourth ingredient is pure ultrafiltered micellar casein, which is absorbed most slowly and thus supplies the body with essential amino acids for more than four hours.
Only top quality: Heavyweight does not contain unprocessed protein sources such as soy concentrate, collagen (protein of bovine origin), calcium caseinate, dried egg white and others.

- mix 150g dose (1 aligned 250ml scoop**) in 350ml water in a shaker or blender until smooth and consume immediately

- people starting with this product are advised to start with 1 serving and gradually increase the dose to 2 servings per day or more
- if you want a creamier and more energetic drink, use semi-skimmed milk instead of water
- the product is suitable for consumption throughout the day between meals or 20 to 30 minutes after training or 45 to 60 minutes before bedtime
