125 mg magnesium (33% RHP**) [Albion® buffered magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide, citric acid)], gelatin capsule (bovine gelatin*, iron oxide and hydroxide coloring), maltodextrin filler, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
