NATIVE WHEY IS A BIOACTIVE WHEY ISOLATE PRODUCED DIRECTLY FROM MILK.
This makes NATIVE WHEY completely different from all standard WPI/WPC (whey protein isolate and concentrate) proteins on the market today, i.e. proteins produced from pasteurized (heat treated) whey, which is a by-product of cheese production using rennet and acids.
Other interesting parameters of NATIVE WHEY are the up to 166% higher content of the amino acid Cystine, which is an essential component for the formation of Glutathione. Cystine is made up of two amino acid molecules of Cysteine and is again very sensitive to heat and pH changes, so in standard WPI/WPC methods the cystine is again degraded (denatured), so that the final product contains only the "broken down" remnants of cysteine, which originally formed an important pair in the basic structure of cystine. NATIVE WHEY also contains high amounts of L-Leucine (the most important BCAA).
