What makes plant protein good?
Whether you're an avid vegetarian or even a vegan, or if you don't want to consume animal protein for other reasons (e.g. due to sensitivity to an ingredient), you need to take the plunge into plant protein. It's just that they don't contain a complete amino acid profile on their own, even though they contain all the essential amino acids.
