USN B4 Bomb Extreme 300 g - Dosage
- Stir 2 scoops (15 g) in 250 - 300 ml of cold water
- shake well for at least 30 seconds
- take 30 min. before training
- start with 1 scoop for first use,
- do not exceed the maximum recommended dosage (3 scoops per day) to establish tolerance to the product
