Creatine Monohydrate is a micronized and highly absorbable creatine monohydrate in a completely pure form. When supplemented with at least 3 g of creatine per day, creatine enhances physical performance during consecutive short intervals of high-intensity physical exercise. During muscle contractions, it helps to balance ATP levels.
Lactose and gluten free.
It is a dietary supplement.
USN Creatine 500 g - Dosage
- in the first 5 days take 1 teaspoon (5 g) of the product 4-5 times a day
- after 5 days reduce the dosage to 1 teaspoon 1-2 times a day and take this way for 3 weeks
- then discontinue use and repeat the whole cycle after 3 weeks
- creatine monohydrate is recommended to be taken with 250 ml of fruit juice or water
