Essentials Dynamic Whey is a blend for the preparation of a protein drink to support muscle growth and recovery. It is a high quality protein drink with high bioavailability and delicious taste.
In one serving you get 20 g of protein. It supplies the body with necessary minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. Potassium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles and supports the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Magnesium helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion and maintains normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles. Calcium supports normal energy metabolism, muscle function, nerve transmission function, digestive enzyme function, and normal bone and teeth health. Phosphorus contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal bone and tooth condition, and cell membrane function.
