High Potency Magnesium contains a high dose of magnesium (300 mg = 80% of the recommended daily allowance) in one capsule, consisting of three forms - magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide. These three forms combine to give a very effective synergistic blend that is well utilized by the body.
