Olive Leaf contains olive leaf extract. These are a somewhat neglected source of valuable substances alongside the olive oil produced from the fruit. The extract contains so-called polyphenols, compounds that occur naturally in all kinds of plants and fruits. Importantly, olive leaves contain a huge amount of these polyphenols - up to 400% more than are found in vitamin C.
