Sandra Schmid
She graduated in Human Nutrition at the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University in Brno and has been actively and enthusiastically involved in the field ever since. Her work has been her hobby since high school. After her studies, she opened Viviente nutrition counseling in Brno, where she tries to lead her clients to health and satisfaction by adjusting their eating habits and also by changing their overall lifestyle. She participates in health days in companies and spreads preventive education on how to eat without unnecessary extremes. It helps people find a sustainable long-term path. She also worked as a nutrition therapist in the 1st series of TV Prima's show The Fatties. She regularly shares her advice and tips, recipe inspiration on her social media. She has published several cookbooks (Healthy Anytime and Anywhere, Easy Anytime and Anywhere, Fit Anytime and Anywhere), in which she tries to show that eating healthy and easy is possible from available food and it doesn't have to be complicated at all, but instead quick and tasty.
