A back that exercises doesn't hurt - Product description
Principles of proper exercise. Advice on how to treat your body and your work as gently as possible.
With a foreword by Jan Hnízdil, MD. Due to the sedentary lifestyle, back pain has become a real problem, not to say a disease of civilization. There is nothing left but to help yourself with a proven remedy - special exercises. A booklet of exercises according to the proven method of Mrs Mojžíšová, compiled by experienced physiotherapist Dr Simona Sedláková, will help us to do this.
In addition to photographs and descriptions of each exercise, you will find principles of exercise and a chapter on ergonomics, i.e. how to treat your body and your work as gently as possible. MUDr. Jan Hnízdil from the Centre for Complex Care in Dobřichovice has added a personal memory of Mrs. Mojžíšová to the text.
