Mrs. Helena Jarkovská Mrs. Helena Jarkovská. is the founder and promoter of Czech aerobics since 1983, the founder and director of the Czech School of Aerobics and the Czech School of Spinning accredited by the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic. Since 1990 she is the owner of the Fit Club H. Jarkovská in Prague 7 and specializes in aerobic forms of exercise. Theoretically and practically she constantly promotes general gymnastics.
