- to obtain 25 g protein, add 1 sachet (34 g) of powder to 150-200 ml cold water
- to obtain 50 g protein, mix 2 sachets (68 g) with 300-400 ml cold water
- stir the mixture using a shaker or blender for 30 s and then let stand for 60 s and shake again before consuming
