Zero Fat 85 g Protein 1000 g
Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 scoop) in 250-300 ml of water. Take immediately after training or during the day to replenish the optimal amount of protein in the diet.
- Strength sports, bodybuilding. May be taken 1-2 additional doses daily to achieve the required amount of protein in the diet.
- Fitness athletes in the reduction phase of training. It is possible to take an additional 1-2 doses per day to support muscle mass maintenance.
