- Mix 1 serving (14 g = 2 heaped scoops = 1 heaped tablespoon) of the product in a shaker with 400 ml of water
- take 1 serving 15 minutes before training
- on a non-training day take 1 serving between meals
- do not exceed the recommended daily dose
Iso Whey Zero 25 g
- mix one serving (25 g = 1 scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 200 ml or 350 ml** of water
- on training days take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training
- on rest days consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the afternoon
