- Recommended dosage (for natural flavor): mix 2/3 scoop (4.6 g) in 150-200 ml of water or your favorite beverage and drink with food. Take 1 serving per day. Use this product for a maximum of 3 months consecutively and then drain for 1 month.
- Recommended dosage (for lemon and orange flavour): mix 1 scoop (5 g) in 150-200 ml of water and drink the resulting drink with food. Take 1 serving per day. Use this product for 3 months consecutively and then drain for 1 month.
