Mix 1 dose (30 g = 1 scoop) in 250-300 ml of water. Take immediately after training or during the day to replenish the optimal amount of protein in the diet.
- Strength sports, bodybuilding: take 1 dose after training to support muscle growth. Additional 1-2 doses may be taken daily to achieve the required amount of protein in the diet.
- Fitness athletes in the reduction phase of training. It is possible to take an additional 1-2 doses per day to support muscle mass maintenance.
- Endurance athletes: Take 1 dose after training to support muscle recovery, supplement protein drink with a carbohydrate source (banana, maltodextrin) to replenish glycogen stores.
