- Take 1 scoop daily
- dissolved by the spoonful in a minimum of 2 dcl of water, preferably in the morning or at any time of the day, fasting or after meals.
- Can be flavoured with juice.
Tip: You can flavour with lemon juice or juice. Another option is to mix the recommended daily portion in flavoured yoghurt.
