BCAA+B6 contains the amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. With added vitamin B6, which helps normal protein and glycogen metabolism and participates in normal metabolic processes that generate energy and reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

- take 4 tablets daily
- on training days take 2 tablets 30 minutes before training and another 2 tablets immediately after training
- on rest days take 2x2 tablets between meals
- do not exceed recommended dosage!

Instant BCAA 53.1% (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, emulsifier: Lecithins), filler (cellulose gel), coating material [stabilisers (polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol), anti-caking agents (talc, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride.
