Energy gel is designed to replenish energy during strenuous athletic performance. It replenishes energy with fast-absorbing carbohydrates (fructose, glucose and maltodextrin) as well as complex MCT fats. It is also enriched with valuable vitamins and minerals lost through sweating as well as Taurine and L-Carnitine.
